At 40nine, we want you to love your timepiece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original 40nine presentation box and include all documentation, ensuring the package is padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
